dummy request / parse bot

This is my polite request for a single training dummy to be placed in the guildhall.
Using the one in the forest to parse is kind of 'uhh this sucks' to me as I like to catch everything from everyone in group to get accurate numbers. This leads to catching all the spells / songs / dots / procs / melee from everyone hitting on all the dummies.
Makes for a big log file of useless information from non relevant persons.
It also has the side effect with GamParse if someone else attacks the same dummy I am on the parser will not stop and 'save' the information to file until I run really far away and it gets about 10 seconds of no more combat spam to the logfile.

Yes its a small small issue but it would be nice to parse in the peace and quiet of the guildhall

We had at first Dummies in the Guild Hall's however they where removed cause of some problems and i am sure they will put back in once the problem is sorted out.
