Problem with the healProc Or Regen Buff from the NPC buffer!

Greetings,

Since lvl 35 I'm not getting the healproc /regen everytime A mob would hit me normally it would heal me insanely so I'm able to tank like 3 yellows or something. Anyways, It doesn't work for me anymore and yesterday for my friend neither. Our names in game are Vxooke and Umfufu. Don't really know what's going on, but when i press on the buff npc normally my health goes to a 100% and stays there, now it stays at 43% when I click on the npc buff. I tried relogging, zoning but this doesn't seem to work. Now, when tanking a blue I get hit and don't regen any more health.
Could you pls take a look at this or refer me what I should do pls?

Your post is a little vague but im gonna go out on a limb here and say that the problem isn't with the buffer. kind shaman like myself frequently buff people with this:
webtools/spell.php?id=8572

I don't know if sune even buffs regen at your level, but if she does it isn't enough regen to tank 3 yellow con mobs

This issue is usually always a spell file issue. Make sure your spell files are up to date.

You need to be more precise on what the issue is to get real effective help. However considering the title of the post... there is no heal proc or regen buff from the buff bot. Its possible you were buffed by a random player who gave you a regen etc.

Otherwise your spell file needs to be updated.

Without you being any more specific isnt much that I can say.
