Alt-p and crafting

I am posting this in general because it is an alt-p and crafting question. I would like to make tinkering gearlocks and need waterlogged riggings. As far as I can tell, they only drop in Gunthak, which has been closed off for alt-p. I am not opposed to starting a character there and leveling to the 30's so that I can farm them, but I cannot find whether it is permissable to pass objects back out of alt-p through the shared bank.

If this is not permissable, would it be possible to put waterlogged gearlocks in the loot table elsewhere in the game?
