Ry`Gor Velium Miner & Global loot

So I am killing Ry`Gor Velium Miners trying to get the elusive velium drops for the cleric epic 3.0 and in the the rare instance that a Ry`Gor Velium Miner's corpse does not fade away I most often get useless (for me atm) global loot and no velium.

Does the fact that they drop the global loot mean that they are now less likely to drop the velium? Can they have global loot & velium? Should they be dropping global loot in the first place?

I don't believe the Kromrif smugglers ever dropped global loot.

I guess I would rather they poof altogether instead of teasing you with loot you cannot use. Or drop the velium & DT the looter......

Global loot is in addition and not related to any loot tables. It's just frustrating when you think you've got the drop you need only to see it's global loot.

Yup, those (currently) 5% dropping mobs can have global loot, and it tears at my soul when I see the corpse not poof, only for it to be a sharpening stone, or a form of tactics.

You see the corpse not poofing because it has a global loot but you don't see the evil smile on Vaion's face when it happens Evil I'm telling you !!!

Jokes apart, yeah I know the feeling too and it's very frustrating Will be better when next epic is released so drops / pops will be increased.
