Missing Graphics

I've found so far two graphics that don't appear as they should. The first is the "a stoneskin" mob in Stillmoon:




The second is the donor shield. The shield itself looks fine equiped, it's the icon that appears to be missing:




I'm using the THF patcher, in admin mode, removed Read-Only from the THF directory, but it always reports back "All files up to date."

After searching the forums yesterday, I found a post about copying missing files from live over. I copied ALL of the live files into my THF install, skipping over existing files. Still no change. Any ideas? At this point, I'm on the brink of completely reloading.

Also- I'm on Windows 8 if that matters.
