I'm not sure what you have done about the marshmallow treat but my war (Tiarra) who has already looted 15 marshmallow treats from the Fabled Goblin in RunnyEye is still stucked at 1/15 marshmallow in quest task.

The bug that caused it to read only 1/15 instead of 15 was fixed with the patch. However, if it affected you prior to the patch there is no way for us to fix that. You will either need to get a new task or find 14 more treats.
