[Fixed] HoH double points for holiday period

The double points for HoH (and Nadox) from the holiday period isn't currently working....getting 6 godly points...where as I was receiving 12 points yesterday!

Sorry about that. Was accidentally turned off when we were doing some debugging. Will be back on when the server reboots this morning.
Oh the fun you all are going to have in DSK3...
