Draekon port broken?

Hey,

Having some fun in HoH today and the Draekon port isn't giving any messages that it is locked/down, and I cannot get any character to zone in or get a message. Can someone confirm that it is working/not working?

Draekon is still locked out as we have yet to fix the issue with double spawns. Some events have this happening sparingly but draekon was being stubborn and was double spawning 9/10 times. So we turned him off until we get a chance to look at what the root problem is.

Oh... woops. I should have checked somewhere for this, i remember reading about it but never read the final report. Sorry for my ignorance!
