Donor Sunes, Pet Affinity and TGB strangeness

I find that an ungrouped necro with Pet Affinity gets her pet buffed, when Sune is targeted and she says buff, when /TGB is ON but not with /TGB is OFF. This seems strange to me as I thought the Donor Sune didn't care anymore if /TGB was ON or OFF.

Anyway if folks would like to play around with this with other classes and with necros...I'll keep playing with it and try to define it more clearly...want those pets buffed!
