FPS Locked

Wasn't sure exactly where to put this.

So I'm running the servers client and patch. Also running MQ2 and EQBC classic. I have been searching around and can't find a definitive answer so I'll give it a go here.

When running my main window, I am locked at 50fps. Background instances are locked at 30 and a very low refresh rate. So low I can see them flicker ever second or so. Is this a case of hardcoded intention or am I missing a setting somewhere? Also to note, I do have the sliders set at max FPS in the advanced options tabs.

Specs:
i5 6600K clocked to 3.5ghz
16GB DDR4 RAM
M.2 NVME SSD
Radeon RX480 8g GPU

Found the solution should anyone else have this issue. It is found within mq2fps plugin. You can assign all those settings there.

like having multiple volume controls going, its good to only have one fps limiter on. If both are set to say, 40, they can war with each other over how they compute 40 fps and eat up computer resources. So if you set 40 fps on your mq2 you should make sure to make your fps on EQ undersettings/display to be wide open. MQ2FPS also allows setting render rate, which is great. So, for example, your windows that you are not watching can render very few of the actual changes in character locations etc...that takes quite a load off GPUs. I generally set inactive windows at render rates of 200 ... every 200 screens it makes one render. Things like health bars and text remain active, just the 3D animations don't get rendered.
