Warrior HoH evolving helm disappeared.

My DE warrior had her helm disappear upon trying to equip the item. It was stage 3 helm from HoH evolving set. Character name is Otomi.

No augments were equipped.

It came back after re-logging and can now equip the item. Not sure what happened there.

During a desync of an item instantly camp to get them back. It typically happens from leveling too many slots at once and cursor is filled with items. If items that can be farmed poof you will have refarm them in most instances so be sure to camp each time it happens.
