I got three requests, cause three is better than one. Right, Lillu?

1) I noticed that there have been several posts over the years about the message Trizy gives concerning losing augs, sooo...is there a way to have server code block the trigger that shows that client-side message, and then have the server give its own corrected /say? I guess it would be one of the 1000 things on your to-do list.

2) My guild mate Usinea tried to exchange his monk donor bp Asheint (item 18888) to get rid of the illusion, but Trizy will not do the exchange even though there are indeed two Asheints listed in the database. I assume the second one, item 123134 , is the non-illusion version?

3) He also wants to get rid of the illusion from the Elven Rope, item 17796. He says the illusion of Form of the Cursed. TI don't see this illusion listed in the database for the Rope. Also, there is no second Rope listed for a non-illusion version.

About the BP one shoudn't you get 2 buffs with it one is illusion and the other one is the effect, the illusion one can be just blocked.
And i assume it's the same with the Elven Rope ?

The Exchange should only work if the item would have a Illusion on equip not on activate.

What Nexor says, most of the items work like that so the Elven Rope particularly shouldn't be a concern at all. There are some buffs integrated with illusions we don't really want to separate/remove but if most of the community find it annoying or problematic, we sure can.

Also, hard coded client functionality is not something we can change unfortunately.

I would think that the community has already spoken about built-in illusions...thats why Lillu/devs were generous enough to create an illusion-removing capability in Trizy in the first place. What we (Usinea and I) are asking is that the idea of giving us a choice be extended to more items.

Illusions are similar to ice cream...I like it, but not when I'm forced to have it. And no, choosing to not cast a buff or to block a buff just to not get the illusion portion is not a true choice.

As Nexor says, the illusions are separate spells with their own buff icon and can be blocked if you don't want the illusion (Form of the cursed and Form of the Serene in these cases)

Ty for the names of the Illusions. As I don't (yet) have those donor items, and because they are not mentioned in the database entry for those items, I was relying on others to tell me what they are.
