Web and Eqemu network link worry

Hi,

We regularly experience network disconnections on the web server and eqemu. For example, a short time after the last server reboot, and now again three days later.
Do you have the means to investigate the cause of these interruptions?

Heya,

It's really hard to troubleshoot something like this. If this issue would be server side, it would affect all clients, without any exception.
The server is hosted in a world class datacenter so normally there's never any downtime (unless it's scheduled which I always announce in advance). If there's any connection issue, that's usually client side or some temporary routing/network issue between the client and the server which is unfortunately out of my scope.
