It just enables the use of other client files so, either that file is not up to date or you have missing client files.

deleted the globalload file, redownloaded it with patcher and still the same human like bst donor bp pet

Corrupt Plane of water zone file maybe? since it is coirnav maybe it pulls from there?

The THF patcher won't replace original EQ zone/model files.
You'll need to find an original EQ copy to replace those, or a kind soul who will assist you with.
