Just curious, but can you check on Fix for spells that increase number of proc slots. from the update on feb 16th

Idk if it is just me but dps seemed a bit off, and aggro was acting wild for my warrior

Like maniac never use to aggro and he has the rhea aug in wep.. and now he pulls aggro randomly..

If it isn't a problem I'll check my characters again in the morning maybe something I did messed it up.

I looked at the code and nothing has changed or got overwritten with regards to the proc bonuses with the update so I'd assume it's ok. But no reason why it might be something else causing issues. Keep an eye on it and if you can narrow it down then I can take a deeper look.
