Crash after death - can't log back in.

Died (embaressingly on Xegony when she had 1% left. necro finished her off) and tank crashed after death. Had MQ2 up and running. Couldn't log that toon back in, other toons on the same account and other toons on other accounts can log in perfectly fine. Used stuck char mover to move toon to the forest (was bound in Vale), it moved toon (visibly from the char select screen) but it still fails to log in. I deleted all config files custom to that toon, wiped all traces of MQ2 from my computer, rebooted, verified all files were removed, that character (Rude, SK) still refuses to log in. So I copied a backup I have of UF that I have archived on an external hard drive to my computer, these files haven't been touched in months, and loaded up from that. Character still refuses to log in, even with the old untouched files. I removed all custom UIs, reinstalled THF files, everything. No luck.
Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone help?
As I said, all other toons log in just fine, except for my main tank. As for the error, it just gives me the standard "EverQuest has detected your client may have crashed. etc etc etc click yes to send information to sony etc etc etc." and after clicking No it just crashes.

Occurred after that toon was set to guild leader (multiple leaders). That toon (Rude) now shows up twice in the guild roster and on magelo 
Oh boy.
