[PENDING REVIEW] Friends list not working

Quick search on forums didn't turn up anything. Is friends list fubar'd somehow or is it because someone had deleted my character and it was restored?
I can add people to friends list but every time I do /who all friends -> "There are no players in EverQuest that match those who filters."

Someone said UCS keeps going up and down. Explains why I cant use friends today but I noticed it the last few days so curious if its a ongoing problem or if my char data in DB was buggered.

Shame, I remember it worked last time I played.
At least you can still see the names on the list and just have to manually /who that name.

Hmm, first I have heard of it not working since we added the chat server back up. I'll take a look at it and see what I can figure out
