Problems with Shadow Orbs?

Hello all,
I hope i'm posting to the right place.
I noticed something odd that just started happening. With the necro spell "Shadow Orb" I noticed that the Shadow Orbs which were created were bugged. They all had charges of 0 (see attached picture), and when you click on them, I'd get an "item is out of charges" message.
