Unable to loggin with my account

Hiya, so i was playing just normally, i crashed after creating a new character and i am now unable to loggin with my account i created a new account and i can logg in with no problem, i tried to reinstall the game, move characters to the forest, nothing working, i need help!

(It crashes in the loading screen after selecting server)
