Client ip limit?

I've had a couple possible explanations, but I wanted to hopefully get an official answer. Is there a client ip limit? I can load 24 clients just fine, upon access to a 25th it immediately gets disconnected. Just exploring all possible answers, thanks!

24 is the max limit. We discussed lowering it awhile back but ended up keeping it at 24.
