HoH Evolving Armor Display Bug - Server found no item in slot 30 - Removing item!

While in Nadox, slaying away and getting those godly points, I have a few items evolving and when they evolve, they go to your cursor. I normally buy one or two pieces at a time when I buy HOH armor, e.g. a necklace, and a main piece. and click the auto equip to re-equip them as they evolve.

Many evolves have happened. Most of the time, A-OK. Goes to your cursor, tap the auto-equip icon in your inventory to place the item back in.

I've seen the message below twice ever the moment I click the auto equip area.



the first time.. on my rogue, I all out lost a HoH boots. Poof. Deleted. Gone. No item ever returned.
Second time, on my shaman, my greaves had no graphic after auto equipping. I picked it up, pressed auto equip, and above message happened!!!! Empty slot!!! But.. it was OK! My item returned when I zoned. Pheew. Rogue, never saw the item again.

I'm using MQ2, and this is live.
I doubt I'm giving enough information to provide any real diagnostics, but at least felt to share this link.

We believe this issue involves an item generated by a script, the mouse/cursor inventory slots, and the auto-equip window. Our best advice for the time being is this:

When an item has evolved, please place it deliberately in a specific inventory slot, avoiding the auto-equip area.

This is the first I've heard of the augs issue. Did anything go missing or were they just scattered? Any info would be helpful, thanks!

When my evolving items reached the final tier all gem slots moved up one step, so my slot 17 gem moved to 16 and so on. Meaning I now have an aug that isnt possible to place in slot 16, in slot 16. See chest piece for example: http://www.thehiddenforest.org/webtools/ma ... Bingoberra

In my case, I'd see for example - Glowing legs as equipped on the char leg slot, and i'd be trying to auto equip the leg armor and it would go to inventory. Then i'd notice the aug, take it off and into bag, then armor auto equips fine. It's not an easily repeatable issue, so hadn't really worried about it. No items are lost or... confused, by this, just my poor tired brain.

So may have more insight about this bug.

I evolve multiple items at once.
Wynn had 3 evolves happen at same time, and all of course appear on cursor
I did NOT use auto-equip (after noren's suggestion), and manually placed them in each slot they go.

The order I clicked my equip slots from cursor icons was one item I couldn't recall, my legs, my boots.
I noticed my pants had no graphic on my character, so I clicked the slot, and it gave me error:


The part's that strange is, after I zoned, my pants returned, but my BOOTS vanished.

Rynn had a similar experience. I clicked 3 slots, in nearly same sequence, and notice on pre-zone there's the delete message and my LEGS are vanished,

but AFTER I zone.

Arms are vanished, and legs returned.

So a symptom I tracked twice was:
1) Multiple evolves happening at same time, and being shoved onto cursor buffer.
2) Click a sequence of items into their equipment slots.
3) If any have a visual graphic bug on e.g. boots, and you click the equipment slot, get server error delete message for boots, they vanished.
4) Once you zone, boots re-appear, but the item you equipped PRIOR to the boots poof.
