Dilithium crystals can't take it captain

In general it seems that every mob in HoH and Nadox do more damage to the raid and the raid does less damage to them. Thinking this could be due to:
1. the Dilithium crystals under strain from the new code
2. there has been a change in the force in favor of NPCs
