NPC Limit Not Being Enforced

I get the message "You were in severe danger, moving you to a safe location" but doesn't actually gate you out.

No seriously I can confirm this. I managed to pull the entire zone in a couple LDoNs and everything in area near Aerin`Dar in PoValor. Once counter hits 25 it begins to spam "You were in severe danger, moving you to a safe location" but as Niixnec said it doesnt actually gate you.

Tested on 3 chars on SoD, UF, and Titan clients

That's a really bad bug. I wish I would have found it; I would have tested it repeatedly, until it was fixed of course.
