The Hidden Forest

I am trying to skill up fishing, and every zone I try I get the same message on all characters.

You cast your line.
Trying to catch land sharks perhaps?

If i move into water it says you must be on dry land to fish.

I have collapsible fishing pole in main hand and Catch-A-Lot bait in range & inventory.

Using Underfoot Client. It might just be me not knowing how to fish of course.

Any ideas?

Still can't get fishing to work. Cant do the Sea Beasties quest in Natimbi. Even took a character and spent the PP to use trainer to max fishing skill, and still couldn't fish anywhere.

Also tried Titanium client. I assume its broken.

Seems as if fishing hasn't been fixed but not too many people are worried about it. If anyone has a chance to look into it I would like to do the sea beasties quest but certainly not the end of the world if it doesn't get to the top of the list to look at.

Fishing used to work fine now broken, if unable to get fishing to work could you let mobs drop the items so the quest isnt broken?

Which client are you guys using out of curiosity? My version appears to be working fine for fishing.

Sorry to necro but this is still an issue. Tried fishing today (want to do the Sea Beasties quest) but same issue for me. It just won't work no matter where I try fishing.

Have you bought one skill up from the Guild Master?
