Old Creaky Code?

While perusing loot dropped by some bosses in VT I noticed that alot of the rares claim to be sold by a merchant in the Vale for LDON points by the name of Old Creaky Code. Is this for real, and if so where in the Vale is he?

Pretty sure that's a typo on the web tools and those are only sold for a special currency that was given to people for beta testing and not for actual LDON points.

Yeah it was for beta testing on test server during the big code merge,using Ebon crystals.
