The Hidden Forest

I cannot purchase Vex Thal tokens from player vendors on any of my characters. I get an error message saying, "Cannot purchase due to a pricing error." I can purchase other things; spells, tomes, etc. Not sure about other kinds of tokens though as there are none for sale. I use UF client.

I was able to buy some VT tokens today but all PP from my inventory disappeared. Zoning gave back what I had minus price of VT token.
