I can kill steal anyone =(

So i noticed this bug other day with Cad in hoh where i got a mini named down to 3% and Cad bs it once and got killing blow. While i did get exp on my toons i lost the rights to loot the corpse until timer counted down. So i thought that was a fluke so just tested it 5 times with my 2nd group with just 1 toon vrs 6 of my t8/t9 toons if my shaman in other groups pet was able to land killing blow i was able to loot on the shaman but not the group who did the kill damage. No raid formed just 1 toon vrs 6 can take loot now with shared instances for guilds its not huge deal but if someone wanted to be foolish in per say hoh it may need be looked at.
