Toon not earning Godly points

I remember seeing a post like this in the past, but I couldn't find it. In any case, I have a character, Shreelinda, that isn't earning godly points, even though it says she is upon the kill.

I've been casually watching this, and felt something wasn't right, but today I looked at her screen after Draekon died, and saw she earned 2,000 points, and had a total of 2,000. She was apparently at 0, which also doesn't make sense because I fight my way to Draekon, so she should have had something.

Tonight I log her in and go see her total, and she's back to 0, even though I fought my way into the Draekon area, and then moved on to Seravince's area. I couldn't fight them, they were already dead, but she should have gained something.

I tried hailing the Djinni again, he just says I "have this pact,"

Ideas?
