Rikkukin in Ascent: sometimes only drops one item

We've done Rikkukin a few times now. Twice he's only dropped a single item (his table is x2).

Can you have a look into this please?

can confirm, ran someone through it a couple weeks ago and noticed it, assumed it was just dragons hating us gnomes

We think it's the Cliffside Knuckle Bombs that are bugged. Never seen it drop. We think it drops but doesn't appear in the loot window when it does.

I spawned Rikkukin today a few times and 30% of the time I got the Knuckle so must be something else, the random gods are in work as intended.

Sadly I couldn't reproduce the issue, always got 2 loots. Any "error" message by chance or any other circumstances you'd think would cause this bug?

It's not just this spawn. Every now and there will be a boss in hoh that doesn't drop 2 from the table that it should. But then again I have gotten 3 drops from a table that should have dropped 2.

I think that happened to us as well. Can't remember exactly when or what mob but it was recent.

Lillu, I do think the knuckles drop. I think they've dropped twice for us. We just didn't see them in the loot list.

The only problem with this is it's impossible to confirm.

We're going to be doing this boss a few times. I'll keep track of what does drop but I think that's all I can do. What I'll try different is I'll get Rigz to loot if he's playing, see if he gets the same issue at least.

But he said he's never seen the knuckles drop and he's done it a lot more than me. They have a 17% chance to drop, so they're not rare. We'll see what happens.

So it's not the knuckles, they dropped.

The one item only thing happens to both Rigz and I, though, so no idea.

I been away helping build a emulator's raids for them but i can concur when i would kill some mobs only 1 item would drop verse 2. Even as stated above in hoh i would get 1 item and few augs sometimes no augs and 2 items. Do not think its something that can be reproduced as mobs are spawned with their loots. So the spawn may be bugging at times i think. Without of course just killing a bugged spawn to see it yourself.
