Goblin Capers

Im in Runnyeye and there arent any Goblin Capers spawning. There has a few marshmallow treats to drop but no Capers.

That's an interesting one. I don't think they every spawned since 2014. I'll have to look into it but so far it seems like we'll have to restore them from some 2015's backup. Happy Halloween!
