New Player - Can't Log In

Hello all!

I just recently created my account and downloaded the client. I was just in the game creating my new character and setting up my UI. I clicked on the Full Screen Button and my entire monitor went black and then kicked me out to my desktop. Now, when I try to log back in it, it sits on a black screen after hitting play and drops me back out to the desktop. Is there any way that I can reset back to the defaults so I can log back in? Apparently my computer does not like full screen. Thank you in advance!

Look in eq folder can try the OptionsEditor.exe or change stuff in the eqclient.ini file with a text editor. Or you can download and use wineq2.

Delete the eqoptions file like meurgan says it'll reset your options to default, and force the options to load when you load the game,

I had a werid bug where it was like once I got onto the server selected character to play it was as if I was constantly blind, had to make a. New eq folder to fix that one

Also make sure you have run the THF Patcher on the client even if new download. The download is never up to date.
