The Hidden Forest

I'm not sure what is going on. I have good latency in game <200 ping. Last night and tonight I haven't been able to play with out half/all my group being booted to character select screen. This happened on Chaos fight last night, and Maestro fight in DSK3 and in Noble's causeway tonight. Soon as we engage or pull something the LD starts.
Any help would be appreciated.
