Mystical effects, slight bump up?

Just curious if you guys may have thought about increasing the base mystical effects by like 2-3? or adding maybe max of 2-3 more to chaotic attuning in AA?
Maybe even make it rank 7 or something to acquire the extra 2 if you added 2 more to chaotic attuning??
