Madien's eye/ VT Spawns

Hey I have been camping the VT key mobs in Madien's eye for about 6 hours over the past two days. I have been keeping all the static spawn clear on respawn, but have only seen a few of the named and only two key pieces. Is this normal? Its kinda out of place with the rest of the key pieces as far as time investment to obtain them.
