Charm

Can we add some sort of warning to the charm fairy text at least for the first upgrade? I've seen a couple people upgrade well before lvl50 and then they have no charm. Just a suggestion. Thank you <3.

Reduced the level req. to level 35 for now. Might add more checks and such later if needed. Thanks for the suggestion!
