DSK2 item
The click effect Form of the Beast on Dark Vambraces of the Fallen Saint appears to not do anything. The spell will cast when I click the item, but the item's recast timer is never triggered and there is no indication that any buff or disc has been applied.

Did you click it without any buffs on to see if it might get blocked by another buff ?

Ahhh I didn't think of that.. yeah it works now. The click does not stack with SHM Champion's Perseverance.
