BST epic bugged offhand

I have just completed my epic 1.0 on my BST. I can only equip the primary, it will not let me equip offhand. Since i completed the epic, i cannot even equip my old offhand, or old set of weapons. My skill trainer which i have 27 in duel wield wont let me raise the skill further. It seems it's somehow bugged.

Any suggestions as to what may be the problem? I have tried relogging etc no luck.

Solved - he needed to train the dual wield skill

I did train the dual wield skill before, it was a different resolution.

I went and killed things until i got 1 skill up in duel wield, then my offhand slot became available again. I had 27 skill in duel wield it went 28 problem solved.
