Defensive State

I got the "Defensive State Discipline" on my warrior from PoA a couple of days ago. I turned it to the GM and he acknowledge the new disc. I cannot find it anywhere on my Disc list
I ... need ... it!!

I am aware of that, forgot to mention it above; I did zone several time, even rebooted.
