Error with 10 Mar spell file

I got an unspecified error with the latest spell file.

Error message reads as follows:

An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.

Error 0x80004005:unspecified error

I tried deleting and downloading fresh copy 5 or 6 times, all same result.

I normally can open these files with notepad, but not this one. I tried opening the 28 Feb file with notepad, worked np.

Ideas? Stuck with old spell file atm
