Offense% and Hand to Hand% Bonuses

I was doing some parsing work on my monk and decided to test my long standing thought that keeping my ToV Gloves and ToV Pants equipped was beneficial for my dps because of the offensive and hand to hand bonuses. My initial posts on Vlar using only sune buffs had me a bit concerned:

Vlar on 3/11/2011 in 304sec with offense and hand to hand bonuses

Zeik
--- DMG: 380257 (100%) @ 1251 dps (1251 sdps)

Vlar on 3/11/2011 in 308sec without offense and hand to hand bonuses

Zeik
--- DMG: 532225 (100%) @ 1728 dps (1728 sdps)

I repeated the process on the CT dummy with longer parses, thinking that maybe the RNG had an effect. I also thought that the harder mob would allow the offensive and hand to hand bounses really shine. The same result followed:

I know you guys have a lot going on right now, but I thought that posting this may give more insight into some code issues. Or maybe this is a long standing bug I never knew about. But my assumptions that the mods helped was definitely off!

Edit: I forgot to mention that the item upgrade did upgrade ferocity and cleave one level (I went from ToV to ST armor). I don't think that would be enough to give me a 40% boost on Vlar, but I could be wrong.

Just curious, that doesn't include proc damage does it? Just white damage?

Here are the breakouts for CT. Mainhand is punch, offhand is crush:

Without mods:

Punch: 468dps - Average Hit 260 - 63% Accuracy
Crush: 255.1dps - Average Hit 203 - 68% Accuracy
Kick: 207dps - Average Hit 641 - 64% Accuracy
Hit (procs): 149.5dps

With mods:

Punch: 395dps - Average Hit 186 - 74% Accuracy
Crush: 183dps - Average Hit 144 - 68% Accuracy
Kick: 141dps - Average Hit 446 - 62% Accuracy
Hit: 123dps

Now you've got me interested in breaking out results from each mod, because the accuracy increase on H2H suggests it might be working but the offensive mod is broken. Will report back later.

Edit: Can't test because I lose Cleave trying to do a h2h only mod test or I lose ferocity trying to do the offense only test :(
