The Hidden Forest

When hailing NPC's in the starting zone,(to get a punt/scribe/buff/etc) I'm finding that we have to camp to desktop every few hours because they just don't respond to the hails. I also noticed yesterday that my clicky charm didn't work at the same time, I was going to try reloading the zone to see if that worked.

Any ideas why?

This happens to me, I thought it was just lag. What I've found is that when I zone or log into the starting zone, I chill for a minute to let things catch up. Once I start seeing spam from other players actions, then I hail. I know it doesn't fix the problem, but it helps.
