the drop rate on the stones of sturdiness is counter productive to my thf experience, going back pre-tier/ldon to pick up a few augs shouldn't be so dreadful. spending an hour or so farming augs for a new char wouldn't be so horid but @ the current drop rate these specific augs imo are unjustifyingly eating up 10x+ the amount of time i think they're worth.
maybe it's broken atm, the alla clone states some mobs have a 40% rate of drop
they used to drop @ a decent rate if i remember correctly.

I really dislike the position the stone of sturdiness is in too. For the most part, there are not upgrades for tank augs until you get to tier5! Could the tier3 and some 5 augs be improved in the ac category and nerfed in the HP category to compensate? Maybe give ToV dragons a chance to drop stone of sturdiness? They drop their own augs already but they're all 10 ac/125hp. You could even change 2 or 3 of the current augs the dragons drop to 35ac 0 hp. Tanks need AC! I don't think the game should be easier but I'd rather hunt in raid zones for my raid tank augs than in 55-70 zones!

I know that Fire Giants in solb and fungus in seb have a higher chance of dropping the augs. Still its very low. If I understand the alla clone drop chances correctly, those mobs have a 1/66.66 (9/100*1/6) chance of dropping a sturdiness aug. "Normal" mobs in 55-70 zones have a 1/120 (5/100*1/6) chance of dropping a sturdiness aug.

Personally, I drop down to the bottom of Seb and hit shrooms / juggs for my SoS, take the opportunity to farm cash / AA

Indeed, doing multiple things at once definitely makes it a better time investment.
