Critical Hits

I have a question about melee critical hits.
It seems they are far less frequent than I can remember. A dual wielding warrior should be critting quite often. I just hit level 70 and I will be working on AA, but I also have a Cleave IV augment that is worn, and I still barely crit. Even with none of the crit AA, I should be critting more often. Is this something intended? If it is, I would just like to know.
Thanks,
Bareth

Once you get your critical AAs and a better cleave item , you are gonna critic 95% of the time

the % for critical hits is capped at 95% for the server. After awhile with enough cleave items/AA's players were able to reach > 100% on critical hit chance. So we capped it at 95% to leave a small margin of chance to not receive a critical hit.

Just equipped a cleave XII item and sadly, not even close to the numbers people are posting nor can I even see a difference by just watching my melee hits scroll by. I guess it must be how the AA are powered, because I played a warrior for 10 years on live, and never can recall my crits being so few. I will keep you guys posted as I get AAs.

Started to work on the Crit AA, and after the first rank of Combat Fury under the Class tab for a Warrior, I saw an immediate change, It went from minimal to very high. Got to forgive me guys, I just don't remember seeing that big of a jump.
All is well
