What does 94% Stun Resist mean? Or even Better 100%?

Where do you see 94% stun resist?

I calculated the total of my gear's stun resists by adding all the stun resists up. All together it is 94% on Eltarel. Is that correct or the highest percentage item equals ones percentage stun?

its capped at 35, check #mystats

I wish I had 94% stun resist, especially for this new HoH boss...

Well I stepped outside of the norm with Zenurix and introduced charming...although there may be a little knock back, stun and dispell luvin during that fight as well.
