"Lay Hands" doesn't take - Dwarf Paladin

Playing a Dwarf Paladin:
Whenever I target myself [or others] with "Lay Hands" the ability doesn't take. The button resets in about 30 seconds.
Anyone else having this issue? Any known bug fix for this?
Running EQ Titanium Box Set
(PS: I know it works on SOE, the THF toon is a clone of my Vazelle sever main)

Are you trying to use the LoH ability or LoH AA?

Dwarfs are too short, their Lay Hands only reaches knee-high

My LoH ability does not work either; nor does the HT ability on my SK.

I read on a different thread that you came from P99 and copied the directory and then used the THF installer. That will not work, you need to install from scratch and also get the new spell file from THF (it is not part of the THF Installer)

Don't you have to train a HT/LoH AA (0 points, trainable at 1) in the General tab for them to be usable?

Neither of the above suggested ideas are true in my case. Never played on the P99 server, just ran a clean install of Underfoot and reinstalled all THF files [clean/newly downloaded] and spent "0" AA's on the opening ability, also placed AA in ILoH and the when I click the button with a targetted PC/Bot that is grouped with me or my own toon, the botton goes active [depresses] stays down for about 20 seconds then pops back up but no heal occurs.

And this is the hotbutton you created from that aa in the aa window and not the one under the abilities tab?
