Returning player help

Just reinstalled THF and I log in my accounts and my characters are gone.. Are characters deleted after a certain amount of time??

I'm thinking to make a FAQ for new and returning players. 
This is a known issue by mixing your THF and eqemu accounts. When you try to log on you are logging into your new THF account instead of your eqemu account (same account name and pw) so you are seeing a blank (THF) account instead of your emu account with your toons.
Change your THF account pw then log into your eqemu account. See the connection guide if you need more info on how-to.
