In an attempt to avoid the levitate issue that I read about before logging in last night, I switched to Titanium. On Ti:
1. Speed does initially increase when any movement speed modification spell is casted (SoW, SoE, etc.)
2. I didn't notice any slow down
3. It doesn't stop working, though I noticed buffs that were removed (during testing, not just limited to movement speed modification buffs) prior to zoning, had come back upon spawning in the zone I teleported to. Now, here's the kicker. While remaining in one zone, I removed (via click, have yet to test canceling magic) the speed modification buff (in this case SoE), though it stays, it's not only until what appears to be the buff counter expiring does the buff effect go away; however, when attempting to cast a 'lesser' movement speed buff (eg. Jboots, lower level sow, etc.) it gives a will not hold message -- despite no other movement speed buff showing in the buff bar (much less ANY buff).
I haven't tried testing with UF as of yet, but can certainly do so.
