Memory access error after using graphic options

My wife used the in game options menu to change the character models now the game crashes constantly before even reaching the log in server. Using windows vista btw

Not totally familiar with this error, but I'll help you if I can. If you go to your eqclient.ini file, open it, and then head down to the [VideoMode] section - what do you see?

Mine looks like this:

FullscreenBitsPerPixel=32
WindowedWidth=1920
WindowedHeight=1009

This is assuming that you play on a 1920x1080 screen. Choose smaller windowed values for smaller resolutions. Can toggle windowed/fullscreen mode with alt + enter.

If that doesn't work, I have other ideas.

What noren said. Resolution being off in the .ini is 99% the cause of that error. Just go in there and change it to whatever your monitor is, and you'll be fine.
