Sanguine sleppers and slot 7

Hello, just asking if the slot 7 on the Sanguine Slippers from Sol ro tower, is done in purpose, or its an error? Think I never saw a type 7 aug before ( besides Stone of sturdiness ) and think its the only sol ro item with that slot type ...
