I'm assuming some changes were made to SK spells? Hopped on my SK but I didn't notice anything different, has it gone live already or will we need to wait for a server reset?

What makes you think that? Beside the announced Changes to Death March 1-3, nothing has been adjusted. And that change should already be Live.

Ah I saw the /tease bit and I knew there was a DoT revamp in the works, guess I was just being hopeful. =)
